Hi, I’m Peter!

I am an interdisciplinary artist and illustrator from New Jersey. I recently graduated from the School of Visual Arts with a bachelor’s degree in illustration.

My work draws heavily on many of my current interests such as British literature, theatre, and folklore. Some particular focuses in my art include Shakespeare, Antarctic Exploration, and Scandinavian Folklore (especially anything about the sea). Currently reading: Howards End by EM Forster.

I am also interested in exploring traditional and folk art practices such as woodcarving and printmaking. I have received training in silkscreening, etching, and linoleum, but I have a special love for American woodcut.
